Has been an expert witness in legal matters. Original broker/ owner of Re/max of Fairbanks. Partner in a private real estate investing firm.

Owner of Alaska Commercial Construction, LLC since founding in 2004, with extensive experience in industrial and mining construction and maintenance, commercial construction and project management, development and financing.

Past president of GFBR, VP State ASSB of Realtors, Thrive Alaska Board of Directors, and Habitat for Humanity Past President, Pat president Interior women’s center for nonviolent living.

Presently in addition to the above Pamela was elected to the Interior Alaska Gas Utility and is now the acting Chair. It is a $150,000,000 company in the process of standing up a brand new public utility with construction projects in in the $200,000,000 range.
