She is renowned for her expertise in condominium conversions, real estate consulting, and serving clients across Alaska and beyond. Pamela's background as an expert witness in legal matters showcases her depth of knowledge in the industry. Notably, she is the original broker/owner of Re/max of Fairbanks and a partner in a private real estate investing firm.
Additionally, Pamela is the Owner of Alaska Commercial Construction, LLC, specializing in industrial and mining construction, commercial construction, project management, and development since its founding in 2004. Her past leadership of various organizations such as GFBR, State ASSB of Realtors, Thrive Alaska, and Habitat for Humanity demonstrates her commitment to community service. Presently, Pamela serves as the acting Chair of Interior Alaska Gas Utility, overseeing significant construction projects in the realm of public utilities.
